Position Overview: Were seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead architectural projects, manage teams, and build client relationships. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and business development to deliver high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Manage project teams, budgets, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
• Develop proposals, capture plans, and business strategies.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Represent CGL as an industry expert through presentations and publications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture (Masters preferred).
• Registered Architect (RA) required.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and BIM standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
