Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Manager(Compliance Lead (Analytics COE) to join our Period Tower - Analytics COE -Global Finance Services Division
Compliance Lead for COE Analytics team will need to work with Auditors, SOX team & ensure that both external & internal compliances are tracked for compliance & action items implemented for gaps.
The preference for this role is to be based out of Whitefield, Bangalore Office.
What you will do
Compliance Lead for COE Analytics team will need to work with Auditors, SOX team & ensure that both external & internal compliances are tracked for compliance & action items implemented for gaps.
Flexibility to act at Individual Contributor or Manager
Ability to work in colloboration with Tower leaders in Analytics COE & Compliance teams globally
Monitor - compliance areas in Analytics COE - metrics, SOX, Audit or internal guidelines
Present Dashboard to Senior Executives on the compliance quality, areas of focus & action plan for mitigation of risks Understand the COE Analytics scope of work, design simple metrics for complaince tracking & implement
Train/guide the teams on regular basis on compliance areas & assist in forming a strategy to get better in compliance areas
Kindly note this scope of work is illustrative & additional scope may get added in this new role that is being created
Work Location & Timings
Travel may be needed, occasionally
General Shift - 11 to 8 pm & may need to join a few USA time zone calls every week
Working from Bangalore, RMZ Office, Whitefield - 3 -4 days from office
What you will have
Need 10+years of relevant experience as a Business Manager with a leadership expertise.
Excel & PPT Skills
Listening and Excellent Communication skills (Verbal & Written)
Experience of working with people - transformation journey and metrics definition projects will be added advantage
Working in ambiguos situations, positive mindset & solution oriented thinking
Ability to influence people not directly reporting will be critcial for success in this role
CA, CPA, ICWA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent finance qualification may be an added advantage
