We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will assist the Lead Program Manager (L6) in conducting deep-dive analyses, defining program roadmaps, executing well-defined parts of recruitment programs, and coordinating with stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in identifying and implementing solutions to simplify recruitment challenges under guidance.

• Dwell deeper into processes to define solutions to simple recruitment challenges under guidance.

• Exhibit a high level of attention to detail, including the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Break down complex processes into simple, sequential steps and execute them holistically.

• Work collaboratively with team members as a cohesive unit to accomplish tasks and achieve shared goals.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years of human resources experience

  • Experience with HR processes and systems

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting programs or projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • • Master's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing

  • • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an intermediate to advanced level, including: pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.

  • • Experience in handling, analyzing and generating insights from data.

  • • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
