Corporate Operations team directly supports the strategic and tactical needs of our solutions to ensure profitable growth and operational effectiveness. Our primary goal is to aid Huron’s multiple practices to continue as high performing businesses. The team drives value by effectively and efficiently managing the key business activities or operations across our solutions. Our team understands collaboration and communicates well with people at all levels, both within the US and India.
The Resource Management Associate will be responsible for a broad range of activities to support global business stakeholders and Resource Management Shared Services team. This position will work closely with and report to Resource Management Lead in India. The role and responsibilities shall include but not be limited to below and may vary based on our overall priorities and strategy.
Responsible for the pre-staffing process –
Daily review & delegation of work to the team, including Salesforce opportunities ready for pre-staffing
Change Management in Workday for Opportunity Projects
Consulting with Project Support and Scope Owners as required.
Monitor incidents/large projects/potential issues proactively
Audit and Review: Conduct periodic audits of resource plan and forecast in Workday and incidents in ServiceNow to ensure quality standards. Report on any discrepancies or issues found during audits and propose corrective actions.
Implement and drive new data audit methodologies and processes as directed by Resource Management
Ensure transparency in communication during an escalation and keep relevant stakeholders informed of the steps being taken to resolve it.
Document the resolution and follow up with scope owners and stakeholders to ensure the implemented solution is working effectively.
ServiceNow Management –
Incident & Request Handling: Utilize ServiceNow to track and resolve incidents.
ServiceNow Reporting & Dashboards: Create and manage dashboards within ServiceNow for real-time incident tracking, allowing leadership to monitor progress and opportunity areas. Provide regular metrics and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Work closely with Resource Management globally to ensure consistency in process, operations, and incident resolutions.
Adjust team’s schedules dynamically to address real-time incident volumes, absenteeism, or other operational needs.
Work with India RM lead on periodic review of standard operating procedures and socialize with the broader team
Assist Resource Management with ad hoc tasks/reporting and/or make recommendations for efficiency in the overall process
Qualifications
Minium 3-5 yrs’ experience working in Resource Management / Shared Services / Business Operations
Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Business or Operations
Understanding of Resource Management processes
Ability to effectively communicate across all levels to address challenges.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience in ServiceNow highly preferred
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
Strong critical thinking skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Experience in a team environment
Willingness to work in flexi-timings [role requires availability till 10:30 AM US Central Time]
Ability to learn quickly, work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with enterprise PSA tools/resource automation systems and software (preferably Workday and Salesforce) will be good to have
