Your Career
Palo Alto Networks is looking for a highly motivated professional who is interested to play a key role in the development of a COE in India. This person will be responsible for collaborating with cross functional finance teams within COE to ensure alignment and consistency
Your Impact
Reports to the Service Management Director
Performs performance reporting and SLA tracking for the overall COE.
Supports implementation of new performance reporting processes and governance cadence within the COE
Coordinates governance cadences and stakeholders for each COE delivery function
Supports projects refining and automating performance reporting
Calendarize and Organized regular reviews with the delivery teams and ensure that SLA’s and KPIs are met or exceeded for each process area
Manage and administer change orders as needed
Keeping track of knowledge management documentation is updated and available to the service delivery teams
Maintain the recent and most up to date versions of all files
Define and track 3rd party contracts and change request
Any other administrative tasks
Your Experience
Accounting / Finance degree or equivalent experience, Chartered Accountant is a plus or equivalent military experience
3+ overall years of experience with global Fortune 500 company, preferably within the high tech industry
Robust knowledge of SAP S4 HANA
Advanced spreadsheet and presentation skill with experience of BI tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
Real passion for continuous improvement of systems and processes
