In the Business Application Administrator role, you will be working to contribute towards the operational effectiveness of the software engineering function, team, and strategy. This role is based in Bengaluru, India, and will work with Software Development and Corporate IT, and practice resources based in the US and India.

This individual is responsible for providing quality support towards the solutions that improve how Huron does business. This individual participates contributes to team processes and methodology to improve delivery, quality, and effectiveness. You will use current programming languages and technologies to enhance and maintain solutions and integrations between systems, develop documentation and procedures for installation, support, and maintenance. All solutions will be built based on Huron’s enterprise platforms and technologies.

We are seeking a skilled Power Apps Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom business applications using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse, along with a strong understanding of business processes and data integration.

Primary Responsibilities

• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation, task scheduling, and system management.

• Hands-on experience with Power Automate for designing and managing workflow automations.

• Hands-on experience in Power Apps UI/UX design, including creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and optimizing user experiences for custom applications.

• Works in collaboration with the offshore development team.

• Hands-on experience in designing and developing reports using Power BI.

• Ability to integrate Power Automate with Power BI for data reporting and dashboards.

• Documents and conveys problems, root causes, and resolutions through company procedures, user guides, and requirements analysis.

• Identifies, diagnoses, debugs, and resolves issues in complexity from low to high.

• Works on other projects and tasks as deemed necessary.

• Coordinate with different teams and administer code migrations in various environments and production outputs.

• Manage all production system and recommend ways to optimize performance and provide solutions

• Documenting configuration changes and scheduling application updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related field) with 4+ years relevant industry experience.

• Relevant experience in a Support or Engineering role (or similar)

• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or related technologies are a plus.

Skills and Technical Exposer

• Strong knowledge of flow creation, connectors, triggers, and approvals in Power Automate.

• Design, develop solutions using Power Platform tools like Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate.

• Strong practical experience in the use of PowerShell.

• Experience working with Dataverse, SharePoint lists/libraries, and SQL databases.

• Automate routine tasks and workflows using PowerShell and Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency.

• Good to have - Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes in Azure.

• Leverage Azure services like Data Factory, Log Analytics workspace, Storage table, Blob storage Databricks, and Azure SQL Database for end-to-end data engineering solutions.

• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.

• Reviewing usage and activity reports and adjusting ensure optimized user-experiences.

• Contribute effectively with the Office 365 platform and ready to explore new technologies as the need arises. Self-starter ability to complete assigned tasks with limited supervision.

• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

• Excellent English verbal and written communications skills.

Certifications (Good to have):

• Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Certifications.

• Azure Certifications (DP-203)

• Relevant certifications in Azure, Power Apps, or Data Engineering
