The Opportunity
Are you a highly motivated sales leader with a proven track record in managing successful teams and penetrating new accounts? If so, join our team at Nutanix as the Country Manager for Thailand, where you will have the opportunity to drive sales growth and work closely with the leadership team to make key sales decisions and initiatives.
About the Team
Our sales team at Nutanix is growing! We are a driven & passionate team of sales people with a desire to disrupt the current state of the datacenter. We are looking to expand our team to include additional A-players who are looking to bring simplicity and efficiency to a complicated world.
Your Role
Manage and grow a sales team in Thailand
Develop selling opportunities and penetrate new divisions and organizations within partner accounts
Schedule and attend sales call appointments with prospects
Utilize a consultative approach to discuss business issues and develop formal sales proposals
Respond to RFPs and follow up with prospects
Build and strengthen business relationships with current accounts and new prospects
Recommend marketing strategies
Provide status information and forecasts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales Operations, Customer Success and Product Development
What You Will Bring
Strong leadership and management skills
Experience in sales and business development
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with channel and OEM partners
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Understanding of technology products and solutions
Experience in solution selling and consultative sales techniques
Track record of exceeding sales quotas
Proficiency in CRM software, such as SFDC
