Description:
Industry Experience
- Hospitality Industry Experience
•Prior experience in financial management for hotels, resorts, or hospitality businesses.
•Familiarity with hotel revenue management, cost control, and profitability analysis.
- Operational Knowledge
•Understanding of hotel operations, including F&B outlets, rooms division, and ancillary services.
•Knowledge of industry-specific KPIs, such as ADR (Average Daily Rate), RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room), and occupancy rates.
Technical Skills
- Accounting Software Proficiency
•Experience with property management systems (PMS) like Opera or cloud-based PMS.
•Proficiency with financial software.
- Advanced Excel Skills
•Expertise in data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting using Excel.
- Knowledge of Financial Standards
•Familiarity with USALI, GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.
- Technology
•Experience with hotel revenue management systems and integration of financial and operational data.

Qualifications:
Educational Qualifications

•CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CMA (Certified Management Accountant), or equivalent certification is a plus.
