What you will do in this role

As aTeam Leaderon our team, you will:

-Build, motivate and mentor a high-functioning inside sales team to lead and drive sales conversations

-Lead and coach team members through strong call coaching of their customer sales calls and demos.

-Lead team to meet and exceed monthly,quarterlyand annual team targets by generating sales pipeline, accelerating activeopportunitiesand driving to close

-Accurately assess risk andidentifyexceptional performance plans in weekly deal and pipeline reviews with senior management and with the agents

-Drive operational excellence of key center metrics including response rates, conversions, pipeline,velocityand accuracy

-Drive business value driven customer conversations by achieving ahigh-levelproficiencyin all solution areas through all available learning resources

-Design and set productivity and sales targets/quota in line with market trends

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Are native or proficient in Spanish with advanced English

-Have3+ years of technology related sales or business development experience

-Have3+ years of team management experience,minimum2+ years of sales management experience in IT industry with proventrack recordof successfully leading teams of 8 or more.

-Have strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to coach team to successfully drive sales over phone, email,videoand modern demonstration tools

-Have experience,backgroundand confidence toinitiateand drive business strategy discussions with C-level executives and business decision makers around industry drivers and workloads

-Have general knowledge of the IT industry, with thecapacityto learn andretainknowledge about individual systems, processes,productsand services quickly and accurately.

-Are anadvanced user of Microsoft Office Suite applications, Windows OS, 3+ years of experience using a CRM tool (Dynamics,SalesForceor other) isrequired.

-Have a bachelor's degree or associatedegree
