Job Description

Develop project tracking tools and systems to accurately document milestone completions, project issues, project jeopardies, and overall project completion.

Deliver written/oral executive-level reporting, presentations and communications.

Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key process-focused objectives.

-Drive cross functional initiatives and develop action plans

• Provide a holistic view of the product portfolio

• Support intake process

PMP Certification or training preferred

Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma

Skills and Requirements

8+ years overall experience managing multiple programs within multiple cross functional teams

Strong experience with executive reporting in Confluence, Jira, and Google Suites

Knowledge of Verizon application or telecommunication systems, software engineering, API, collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, TimelinePro, GSuite, Powerpoint), cross functional dependencies, excellent technical, interpersonal, verbal and written skills, risk mitigation skills,

Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Security, Business or Project Management, Information Systems or related fields of study knowledge of Verizon system applications, PMP, Agile, Software Engineering, API, Collaboration Tools (Confluence, Jira, G Suite, Smartsheet, TimelinePro,), analytics, cross functional teams null
