Our MEP Engineering Client is looking for an Electrical Engineer Team Lead/Project Manager to join their team in Louisiana. As an Electrical Engineer Team Lead/Project Manager you will oversee a group of employees, giving direction for daily objectives based on productivity that will motivate and mentor the team to reach business goals, and oversee their progress to completion. Our client offers a 32 hour work week, with Friday off and a robust benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Unlimite PTO, and 401K. This role will be in office for the first 90 days and then has the opportunity to go hybrid.

Responsibilites:

• Provide quality custome rservice and effectively handle customer issues.

• Ensure the operation of the team meets the expectations of its clients.

• Monitor the day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Engineering with PE License

• 5+ years in Project Management with a focus on Electrical Engineering

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage mutliple customer situations

• Experience in coaching and mentoring staff.
