Working Hour: Monday - Friday : 8:30 - 5.30 Saturday/Sunday : need to perform other task while request from client/ or ad hoc job

This position required travelling within Northern Region (mainly Pulau Pinang)

About the Role:

As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.

• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.

• Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.

• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.

• Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner.

• Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail.

• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

What You’ll Need:

• Education: Certificate from an accredited institution, or a certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or a related field.

• Experience: At least 1@2 years of facilities maintenance experience or related field

• Computer skills: Basic computer skills with Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Facilities technicians also need to have certain soft skills, such as strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail.

Scope of work

• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on equipment and facilities, electrical, and mechanical systems such as HVAC Systems

• Documentation: Complete all documentation for work performed in a timely manner

• Outside contractors: Coordinate and oversee the work of outside contractors
