With minimal supervision, a Junior Manufacturing Engineer would be responsible for, but not limited to, design and manufacturing related functions pertaining to customer driven
A Junior Manufacturing Engineer would be required to spend a large portion of their day interacting with other engineering, quality, and manufacturing personnel, preparing new jobs for release onto the manufacturing floor and maintaining engineering related activities for currently running jobs.
Open position is full time, or part time leading to full

Review new jobs and aid in the setup of new jobs, including developing manufacturing documentation (drawings, control plans, standard work instructions).
Help maintain production quality by assisting the engineering and quality teams with machine improvements and new fixturing/tooling.
Work with tools, gauges, and equipment to aid in testing and
Work on quality/process improvement projects to reduce scrap, wasted time, and improve product quality.
Coordinate with engineering and quality teams to deliver on projects in a timely
Work with customers to define project

Demonstrate high level of detail on work
0-3 year of experience working in engineering or manufacturing
Working competency in CAD systems (SolidWorks required, Solid Edge helpful)
Knowledge of basic manufacturing processes (drilling, milling, turning, grinding)
Must be self-motivated and great when working with
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Must be able to work in the USA without current or future
Must be an independent learner, able to research and propose solutions for manufacturing related problems.
High level of analytical ability
Working knowledge of statistical process control
Will be required to learn new skills either independently, or through classes, either on-site or off-site
