The Facilities Manager is generally responsible for partnering with the Field Consultant(s) and Lead Advisor(s) to support the direction and strategy of the regional team. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, project tracking, documentation and closeout; open work order review and management; Cross-Functional Team communication and follow-up; general thought partnering with the regional team to identify shortcomings and potential efficiencies. This position provides general support for and partnership with the Facilities Maintenance team.
Candidate must live in Puerto Rico.
SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fully document and close-out projects executed by the team on their behalf.
Periodically query all open work orders and work with the regional team and its general contractor base to get timely updates and close out work orders.
Potentially assist Field Consultants in scheduling their restaurant visits.
Create and update functional documents for restaurant visits and general restaurant information.
Reach out to Operators as needed to gather information from and provide information to them regarding various work and/or projects.
Assist with restaurant-level requests initiated by DTT (IT).
Collaborate with other internal teams (Production Throughput, DTT, T&R, Property Management) on best practices to support FM requests from these partners.
Make strategic decisions during the administration of their various tasks.
Facilitate a variety of regional and role specific team meetings.
Support the needs of a regional team, as well as the resolution of Operator requests and needs (Insurance claims, onboarding, and other specialty projects).
SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE:
College degree (Business, Management, Finance, Engineering).
Desired experience in customer service, construction, and/or facilities management.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Oracle (Business Objects).
Ability to take initiative and recognize a need and act without prompting from supervisor.
Ability to maintain a friendly, helpful attitude, and demonstrate empathy to customer.
0-10% Travel.
