Research Biologist Technician. F/T, Bayamon, PR. Conduct research, collect and analyze data, and publish on health aspects of endangered manatees, sea turtles, and pelicans. Monitor and record health aspects of endangered, vulnerable, and protected aquatic species, including hematology, blood chemistry, epidemiology, and population genetics; collect biological samples to support the latter research fields; maintain detailed logs and date records; and disseminate research findings through professional presentation, and peer-reviewed publications. Must possess a bachelor's degree in veterinary sciences or veterinary medicine or a foreign academic equivalent.
