What’s a typical day as Administrative Assistant I? You’ll be:
Maintaining a thorough knowledge of SAP to assist in all aspects of plan development and administration.
Conducting field walkdowns to identify and analyze maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
Reviewing work requests and planning work orders in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in a maintenance planning or scheduling role.
Possess strong skills in planning and scheduling, with a background in materials management being a plus.
Are available to work 40 hours per week, with a desired start date of February 10, 2025, and an end date of December 31, 2025.
