CNC Operator Responsibilities: - Monitor and control the operation of furnaces to ensure optimal performance and adherence to production schedules - Load and unload powdered metal components into and out of the furnace according to established procedures - Monitor and adjust furnace temperature, atmosphere, and other parameters to achieve desired sintering results and product specifications - Conduct regular inspections of sintered parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Identify and address any deviations or defects in the sintering process - Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of furnaces and related equipment to ensure proper functioning and prevent downtime - Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating furnaces and handling powdered metal materials.
