Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Beaverton, Oregon. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be a crucial part of our team, responsible for managing and resolving customer inquiries, ensuring accuracy in customer records, and taking appropriate actions on customer accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls related to collections in a detail oriented manner.

• Undertake efficient and precise data entries related to customer credit applications.

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer credit records.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required.

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively.

• Utilize your skills in commercial collections to improve our processes.

• Use your numeric data entry skills to ensure accuracy in all tasks.

• Manage customer accounts and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate. Requirements • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role or similar.

• Proficiency in commercial collections.

• Proficient in numeric data entry.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate financial records and data.

• Strong knowledge of invoicing, billing procedures, and payment processing.

• Experience with accounting software and Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Excellent communication skills for liaising with customers regarding their accounts.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• High school diploma or equivalent required, further education in finance or related field preferred.
