WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Women’s Retail Brand team in North America sits at the center of the Retail Marketing functions partnering with Global & City teams, Brand teams, Creative partners, Visual Merchandising, Stores Marketing and the business to execute flawless storytelling in stores with a focus on her.

In this role, you will be responsible for key seasonal and 365 product stories for the geo focused on Women’s Fitness. You will work with our x-functional marketing partners to set, adopt and enrich seasonal Retail Brand strategies that define the vision for product presentation, communication and consumer experience in North America. You will also work closely with the Retail Design team to build the vision for how the product storytelling and experiences comes to life in store.

As the Women’s Retail Brand Fitness Manager, you will report directly into the Women’s Retail Brand Director.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for an experienced retail brand marketing lead for Nike Stores who can help us develop and drive retail brand marketing strategies for our key products across multiple retail concepts. We desire a creative, people-first teammate who will obsess consumer insights, understand shopping behaviors (O2O) and journeys in store, and build unbelievable product and innovation stories and experiences to drive demand and impact across the marketplace. This person will immerse themselves in the business and constantly be looking for opportunities to evolve and improve the way we tell our product stories in store, all in an effort to connect with consumers, deliver experiential experiences and drive sales. The ideal candidate loves working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving, positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training

  • 5+ years of retail brand experience (building and implementing strategies)

  • Small-Large Fleet, vertical retail experience

  • A strong understanding of the sport consumer, shopping behaviors, retail journeys and retail trends

  • A passion for product and storytelling

  • A dedication to details and creative mindset

  • A track record of implementing a test and learn offense

  • A passion for business and data, and how those inform plans

  • Exceptional written, verbal, visual communication and presentation skills

  • Pre-emptive problem solver, with an ability to assess an issue and develop action steps for resolution

  • Able to work as part of a matrix, with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally towards a common goal

  • Shown ability of adapting to change in business needs or direction.

  • A passion for the Athlete, Sport and Culture along with a sense of humor and modesty - ensuring team success, while having fun.

  • Ability to travel 20%

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As the retail brand marketing expert, you will build the wholistic seasonal store brand plan across concepts and ensure that the product stories are properly represented. Specifically for the Women’s Fitness Lead, you will work on key seasonal stories crafted for her to bring to life innovative and inviting experiences that push the boundaries of traditional retail. You will also obsess how the in-store digital experience enhances the consumer experience by working closely with the digital brand counterpart and app experts. You will be responsible for orchestrating cross-functional partners to develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market retail marketing strategies to influence our consumers at all points in store.
