Nike NIKE, Inc. Footwear Product Line Management Undergraduate Internship in Beaverton, Oregon

The first spark of a product idea sets the Nike, Inc. Footwear Product Creation team into motion. The team of footwear developers, testers, engineers and designers strive for product excellence. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH:

You'll be responsible for collaborating with Design, Development, Materials, Merchandising, and our Digital team while working on your project. You’ll also partner with the Inline Dimensions and Marketing to ensure we are clear on key concepts and integrating at the right moments to help power an even bigger Brand impact.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We’re looking for an Intern Associate Product Line Manager. This person will be a leader within our product creation team and will bring a positive attitude, an ability to bring people together, and someone who can work with various groups across the organization to help move the team and the product forward.

The ideal candidate will be able to listen to the voice of the athlete* to bring sharp, tangible insights to the team as they brief in new product to help take our consumer somewhere new. They will embody a deep passion for consumers and product as well as a high tolerance for ambiguity.

Additionally, they will exemplify strong cross functional collaboration skills, as well as a keen attention to deadlines and deliverables ensuring the team stays in sync and on time. This person will be curious, creative and someone who can take initiative to solve problems and find solutions. Lastly, the ideal candidate is comfortable pushing boundaries, and taking calculated risks as we continue pushing into new product and digital territory each and every day.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Fashion Management, Merchandising, or a related field, with a graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026

  • An ability to foster and maintain relationships with Product Creation teams, Global merchants, Digital, Brand team and other key partners

  • Creativity, curiosity, and strong passion for product & consumer

  • Self-Starter and problem solver with proficient information-seeking skills and a drive for results

  • Strong organizational skills and business acumen with exceptional attention to details and deadlines

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentations

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:

This individual will be responsible for a summer project managing various types of products across the organization. This product type spans footwear such as an AF1, Dunk, or Mercurial so the candidate will need to be versatile and someone who enjoys the challenge of various product types and consumers.
