Consumer, Product, Brand & Marketplace (CPBM) Operations is the foundation of our product creation capability. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Principal Change Manager to join the CBPM Ops Central Operations team. This role requires an experienced organizational change leader with a proven track record managing complex change management programs in a corporate environment. You are an outstanding teammate and leader that brings your communication and collaboration skills to solve for problems and lead within an ambiguous, dynamic, and highly matrixed environment. You are a relationship builder and serve as an advisor and coach for our stakeholders.

We are looking for an internal consultant mindset with the ability assess, align, and move with speed to design and implement change management strategies

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience and training

  • Master’s degree a plus.

  • 7+ years’ demonstrated experience in change management and/or organizational development

  • Expertise in change management methodologies and measurement

  • Experience working cross-functionally to influence decisions and drive change at scale

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively across technical and not-technical stakeholders and with global and geo stakeholders

  • Experience in a similar industry and/or matrixed organization

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Superior oral and written communication skills with high attention to detail

  • Ability to transition between strategic and creative ideation to execution and delivery

  • Experience activating complex change initiatives in large organizations with the ability toapply design thinking principles to develop targeted and strategic solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

If this is you, you will:

  • Collaborate with change management and Central Ops peers (Learning & Development, Program Management, Portfolio) and other Ops partners to understand and deliver the capabilities required to deliver best in class experiences to Nike consumers

  • Assess change impacts, define and implement change management strategies, drive adoption, and deliver measurable results

  • Operate as an internal consultant, providing expert advice and guidance to business leaders and stakeholders on change management best practices and strategies.

  • Develop and maintain cross functional partnerships within our organization and across the enterprise

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in change management and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our change management capabilities.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This role will report to the Change Management Director in Central Operations. This role will partner closely with Change Management and Learning & Development peers, and collaborate portfolio and program management, business process team. In addition, you will collaborate with functional business leaders and stakeholders.
