Main responsibilities 职责描述：

• Area SMS Lead

• Lead the implementation of SMS principles, tools and methodologies to drive continue improvement across the site.

• To be OpEx representative in department/ APU-PCU / function.

• Collabrate with production, quality, supply chain and engineering teams to identify and resolve process bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

• Facilitate Kaizen events, 5S initiatives and other SMS activities to eliminate waste and optimize workflows

• Provide training and coaching to area personnel on SMS principles and tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Develop and monitor lean performance indicators to track the success of SMS initiatives

• Supplier excellence

• Develop and maintain a robust supplier excellence management program including supplier performance evaluation, corrective action planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Own the material & supplier improvement initiatives, such as joint problem solving sessions to drive continuous improvement

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators to track supplier performance and identify areas for improvement

• To be business interface of the procurement on site.

• Site representative in all negotiations with suppliers

• Experience工作经验:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry

• Soft skill通用技能:

• Excellent problem-solving ,analytical and decision-making skilling; Negotiation skill, effective communication and interpersonal skill with the ability to collaborate cross-fuctionally

• Technical skill专业技能:

• Demonstrated expertise in lean tools and methodologies such 5S, Kaizen, six sigma and value steam mapping

• Strong understanding of supplier management principle, including supplier evaluation , risk assessment and performance monitoring

• Education教育背景:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• Languages语言要求:

Fluent English speaking and listening
