Google Talent Engagement Specialist, gReach Program for People with Disabilities (残障人士岗位) in Beijing, China
This role is exclusively for People with Disabilities.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to create content for local branding initiatives and engage local Mandarin-speaking talent and support local outreach activities.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience of project management, delivering results, along with attention to detail.
Ability to interpret different data sets to decipher patterns and come up with solutions.
Ability to work independently with a proactive and results-driven approach, along with ability to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
Ability to work in a ambiguous and fluid environment along with excellent problem-solving skills.

The Talent Engagement team focuses on talent outreach and engagement, building solutions to address the key problem statements our recruiting team or the business are facing to achieve their hiring requirements. Our mission is to identify, connect, and activate talent for Google. As part of this team, you will work on key programs and events that connect Google to talent. You will also be required to demonstrate the ease of managing programs and drive business impact.
The gReach Program is a 12-months paid upskilling program for students and industry professionals with disabilities and vocation support candidates with a certificate issued by government. Participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects. gReach Associates will be placed in teams across the business such as Device and Services, Software, Advertising Sales, User Support, Market HR, and Google Cloud.

Execute a wide variety of go-to-market initiatives and programs to build Google’s short and long-term candidate pipeline and ensure the successful delivery of these programs.
Build internal and external communications in alignment with Google communication guidelines for promoting events to the correct audience and drive high participation.
Build social media communications for programs, promote Google employee advocacy program, conduct benchmarking exercises, and research best practices across different organizations to build a social media presence for Google.
Partner with external third-party vendors for design and execute events like career fair, flagship events, create program branding collaterals.
Implement large-scale and niche small-scale engagement and outreach programs to activate a high-potential passive pipeline to enable recruiting delivery team for hiring mid-senior to senior level talent.
