Description and Requirements

Job Descripition:

• Responsible for DT E2E full P&L management as P&L controller.

• Lead 3 years plan and STAMP process, closely work with biz team to setup 3 years finance target, and provide related finance support for target execution.

• In charge of Quarterly/Monthly closing process, ensure closing process smoothly and prepare insightful analysis for biz performance review.

• Lead monthly WW FCST process, prepare POR analysis report and review deck.

• Lead OPEX E2E management, including daily control, monthly FCST, qtr closing and yearly BGT managment.

• In charge of E2E P&L finance management process optimization, including finance model enhance, BMS optimization.

• Any Ad-hoc finance support needed.

Qualification:

• 5years+ working experience on FP&A, international corporation preferred, Bachelor degree or above on Finance Management preferred.

• Fluent in English, can use it as working language.

• Familiar with SAP, MS Office(excel, PPT, Power BI, etc).

• High responsibility, initiative and proactive, good communication skills.

• Strong learning ability, can work under certain pressure.
