Location: Belgrade, Serbia
Finance Analyst has several primary areas of focus:
This position will be focused on the operational support of the subscription sales and business team. This will include working in both internal and external systems, as well as communicating with sales reps and end users/customers. Applicants should have the ability to multi-task and work with other team members to perform several daily functions. Some of these functions might include:
Gathering the correct information from requestor, conducting the proper research, and reviewing the approvals for a credit/dispute request
Compiling the credit billing file to send over to the billing team for processing
Fielding follow-up questions about the application of the credits or the refunds due to the customer after that file has been processed.
Conducting the research into several systems to determine whether Unreturned Equipment Invoices are legitimate and communicating results to proper teams
Assistance with general billing questions
Creating and analyzing billing and credit reports for internal teams
Assisting in other areas of the Subscription Operations team when needed
Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Excellent English language skills required
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Computer savvy, with a demonstrated ability to learn new programs quickly
Excellent organizational and time management skills, flexible team player
Customer-oriented and results-driven
Pro-active, autonomous, and dynamic personality
Work Conditions:
Working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 14:00-22:00 CET
