Your Role

The purpose of this role is to centralize and standardize global KNGS reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all outputs. The role will enhance the existing MIS performance structure, proactively monitor performance metrics, and maintain a comprehensive reporting framework to support strategic decision-making.

Your Responsibilities

• Centralization and standardization of global KNGS reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all outputs.

• Enhance the existing MIS performance structure.

• Proactively monitor and communicate performance metrics, ensuring alignment and transparency across departments.

• Maintain and enhance the reporting framework, focusing on analytics.

• Keep performance dashboards up to date while continuously exploring new ways to innovate and add value.

• Mentor and train new team members, fostering a culture of proactivity and creative problem-solving.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Extensive experience in Excel

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Programming skills (Python, Java, or similar) is a plus

• Good knowledge of KN operations and systems

• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality solutions

• Proactive mindset

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

• Intermediate knowledge of English language
