Kuehne+Nagel xLOG Support Specialist (German language) in Belgrade, Serbia

Your Role

We are looking for an end-user support operator to join our XLOG Support Team. Your field of action will apply to xLOG application support that KN Road Logistics Department has already enrolled across Europe. Acting as a face to our internal and external customers, you will support them in day-to-day operations by assuring the stability of the solution. You will prioritize requests and solve them accordingly and proactively seek the improvement of the solution.

Your Responsibilities

  • Resolving issues and requests reported by key or end-users by analysing flows between different systems and applications

  • Reporting bugs to the developers or project teams

  • Regression and bug testing

  • Monitoring the system performances to prevent issues before they affect daily operations

  • Communicating with users and internal teams about the releases and major incidents

  • Participation and leading the meetings (including presentation preparation)

  • Participating in the implementation of the solution and managing system set ups enabling roll-outs of new users

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Fluency in English and and German is mandatory

  • Experience in customer service/customer excellence/IT applications support or related areas and an understanding of Road

  • Transportation/Logistics is an advantage

  • Experience with JIRA, JSD and internal KN systems (Roadlog, Macadam, ESB, Jupiter) is an advantage

  • Affinity to learn complex applications and workflows and confident handling of MS Office applications

  • Interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) plus the drive to get things done

  • Independent work, creativity, and a structured way of working with the ability to pay attention to detail

  • Aspiration to solve problems before they occur

  • Commitment, initiative, motivation, and curiosity
