Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Pay

$25-$30

Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will process purchase orders, facilitate the creation of new client accounts, and act as the point-of-contact for customers. You will work closely with the sales team and other departments to service our clients above and beyond the call of duty.

• Accurately input data & orders into our database.

• Process customer purchase orders and distribute order confirmation.

• Effectively resolve customer issues and concerns.

• Promptly respond to customer email inquiries and requests.

• Onboard new customers and service existing customer accounts.

• Provide customers with accurate pricing and availability of products.

• Alert customers when items are out of stock/discontinued and suggest value-engineered alternatives.

• Follow up on customer orders and provide expected delivery dates.

• Check inventory control.

• Expedite or trace missing/delayed shipments by working with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, operations, and other departments.

• Perform various clerical duties, including filing and record retention.
