Giovanni's Bakery, a new Bakery opening soon in Bellaire, Ohio is seeking a skilled Baker to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and a love for creating delicious baked goods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods, including pies, donuts, cakes, and cookies.
• Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and communicate needs for restocking.
• Maintain cleanliness/organization of the baking area in compliance with food safety standards.
• Package baked goods attractively for display or sale.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely production of baked items for service.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.

Skills

• Previous experience in baking, including food handling techniques and practices.
• Strong baking skills with experience in various types of baked goods.
• Ability to work efficiently and unsupervised.
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to Lift 50 pounds
