We're looking for an outstanding BIM 360 Program Support Specialist, someone who innovates, loves solving hard problems, and never takes “no” for an answer. You will work hard, have fun, and of course, make history!

The BIM Specialist plays a critical role in delivering top-notch BIM services in WWDE owned BIM 360 projects.

Key job responsibilities

• Manage BIM 360 project template and setup process adherence to standards

• Manage BIM 360 project member and permission control

• Harvest project data across various platforms to support data driven decision making process

• Support development of Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) and training materials

• Support the maintenance and improvement of BIM standards, digital assets management, and automation

• Address BIM technical issues, support BIM onboarding and training

• Manage vendors to follow Amazon expectations

• Support process improvements (short-term wins) as well as process design / redesign (long-term wins) efforts.

A day in the life

This individual will play a critical role for defining and improving process to deliver next level Amazon Fulfillment Network projects globally. You will oversee BIM 360 management including project setup, member and permission control, document management, vendor onboarding, data harvesting, and innovation to automation.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor Degree

1+ years of product/program management experience

1+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

1+ years of experience in BIM 360

Deep knowledge of BIM standards

Preferred Qualifications

Work experience developing detailed technical documentation

Work experience with REVIT, AutoCAD, Inventor and Navisworks

Experience with SQL, QuickSight, and data visualization tools

1+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

Experience with project management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $61,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $132,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
