We collaborate with many key stakeholders across the enterprise and provide solutions that enable leaders to effectively drive the business. The Finance Manager role will play a lead role in evolving the current performance management system for the SLT. Our solutions blend cloud-based data management (Azure / Snowflake / Databricks / Fabric), interactive dashboards (PowerBI / HTML), and automation tools (PowerAutomate / Python) to empower leaders with robust information in one single place. We stay on the cutting edge of industry trends / innovations and are currently working to incorporate AI into this suite of materials. This role is heavily geared towards the technical solutioning aspect of the team. General Responsibilities: Build data and reporting solutions. Reports will be pixel-perfect, so a strong attention to detail and precision implementation is essential. Experience developing ETL, data pipelines, and data transformation processes. You think about these components as a piece of the broader solution and assess pros / cons when determining the role each component plays in the broader implementation Scale RPA processes (using PowerAutomate / Python) beyond current use cases and explore opportunities to further leverage automation to support our partners and customers.
