The Hub Delivery Partner Program is growing in the US while planning for global reach, and we are ready to build our Hub Delivery Partner Network Execution Team! Hub Delivery Partners are small business owners who can be in distant rural regions, densely populated urban neighborhoods or anywhere in between. They are valued Last Mile contributors who improve the delivery experience for our customers and create a flexible, customer obsessed delivery network.

Key job responsibilities

  • Responsible for on-the-road cost and quality metrics for the US AMZL network.

  • Drive improvement in our current manual configuration process of logistical, jurisdiction, developmental, operational systems and more.

  • Use or recommend automated configuration tools to implement CM policies and procedures.

  • Partner with product and technology organization overseas and identify effective solutions. Acquire configuration expertise for new products introduced.

  • Roll up sleeves and be on top of high-severity on-road issues to avoid/minimize impact on customers.

  • Utilize data to report on configuration success and identify opportunities to improve resources and processes.

  • Build partnerships across corporate and global stakeholders to ensure long-term scalability and adaptability.

  • Partner cross-functionally to quickly resolve urgent matters and escalations, removing barriers for learners.

  • Travel up to 10% to support new delivery station launch.

A day in the life

Lead the Urban Network Execution Program Managers to drive cost and quality efficiencies in the on-the-road space. This includes partnering with key internal stakeholders such as Operation leaders, DSP program teams, and internal Hub Delivery teams (Account Management and Business Development).

About the team

The Hub Delivery Partner program is part of Amazon's fast growing and always evolving rural, urban and global delivery program. We partner with customer obsessed small business owners who then deliver to Amazon customers. Our partners raise the bar for the delivery experience, in some of the most complex last mile scenarios (from extreme density urban to super rural)!

We are building the Hub Deliver network in North America while planning for global reach.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience

  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
