BYTEDANCE INC. Senior Product Marketing Manager (Multiple Positions) in Bellevue, Washington
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze market conditions and gather information and qualitative feedback from product management, sales, and global marketing stakeholders to create messaging and positioning around our product marketing strategy.
- Work with Product Management team to understand the product strategy and features, and support product launches and optimize product conversion funnel via operation levers.
- Implement marketing strategy to acquire new businesses to the platform and maintain ongoing engagement on the platform.
- Help evolve buyer definition and key positioning by gathering information on competitors, prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and liaison between product, marketing, and sales to help management drive go-to-market strategy.
- Produce external-facing content including pitch decks, webinars, datasheets, e-books, or demo videos across all funnel stages.
- Develop effective sales training materials, making it easy for sales and partners to understand our solution offerings and key positioning.

Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business, Management, Business Analytics, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business, Management, Business Analytics, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, and 6 years of postbachelor's, progressive related work experience.
Must have 4 years of experience in the following skills:
- Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data using Excel, R, SQL, and Salford Predictive Models (SPM) to design customized tests, validate past optimizations or auction strategies, and identify opportunities for performance improvement;
- Evaluating methodology, data integrity, and statistical soundness of external measurement and providing consultations of measurement solutions including Marketing Mix Modeling, Multitouch Attribution, and foot traffic analysis;
- Managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously and working cross-functionally with stakeholders;
- Product marketing, including identifying the target audience for the business, analyzing the customer persona, and providing the value proposition, selling points, and relevant assets; and
Launching new products, services and/or programs, including ensuring product-market fit, performing discovery-oriented market research, developing compelling value propositions, designing go-to-market strategies, and identifying sources of growth.
Travel Requirement: Requires domestic travel up to 15%.
