This is not a remote role, we are a hybrid environment requiring at least 3 days a week in office.* The Sr Business Analysis Manager for TFB Marketing Ops delivers big insights and helps leaders throughout the business to make critical strategic and operational decisions and shape the long-term vision of T-Mobile for Business Marketing Tools and Processes. The Sr Business Analysis Manager is responsible for insights, analysis, and reporting using various analytical techniques and software including statistics, systems analysis, data mining, machine learning and business intelligence/reporting software. They create customer-centric system and process recommendations informed by analysis, good business acumen and partner with the business to drive improvements in a matrixed environment through creativity, and effective communication. They lead collaborative efforts with various teams internal T-Mobile in order to resolve most efficient and effective way to solve problems and provide value. This position also leads the design and development of new tools and processes that are implemented for Marketing Ops and surrounding teams. They are comfortable acting as an internal system SME and know which systems and processes are used to answer business and technical questions. Job Responsibilities: Interact with various teams across the T-Mobile to provide insights, analysis and tool recommendations that deliver data-driven, optimized experiences. Serve as a key point of contact in providing tool rollout update, strategy, and reporting. Define product feature and campaign success metrics and benchmarks. Apply analytical and modeling capability to enhance decision making across a range of options and present findings and recommendations for prioritization of resources to all levels of the organization. Construct executive-level presentations and present complex analytical findings in clear, concise and decision-impacting manner. Possess the ability to influence leadership through fact-based analysis. Education: Bachelor's Degree Data analysis, data science, decision science, similar quantitative fields or equivalent practical experience (Required) Work Experience: 7-10 years Strategic and analytics roles including using analysis to make recommendations on forward planning. 5-7 Wireless experience preferred including in depth understanding of billing systems, marketing tools, and customer facing systems and architecture Experience in creating and delivering reports and presentations to all levels of leadership. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Communication Ability to manage relationships, influence and communicate complicated analysis, logic, and solutions in a clear and concise manner at the executive level and provide decision support, analysis and recommendations that help to drive effective execution of initiatives.
