Amazon Supply Chain Manager, Amazon Business Operations in Bellevue, Washington

Amazon’s Supply Chain Managers (SCM) play a central role in our global business, they keep our complex, international supply chains working seamlessly and efficiently. This SCM role will own fulfillment consolidation planning for Amazon Business. Fulfillment consolidation - delivering our customers' items in fewest packages and deliveries - drives improved customer experience and cost savings for Amazon at the same time. This role will partner with stakeholders within and outside Amazon Business, leverage strong data analysis skills, and writing and communication skills to develop fulfillment consolidation plans for Amazon Business.

Key job responsibilities

  • Conduct annual goal setting and subsequent execution and reporting to meet annual goals.

  • Conduct weekly and quarterly business reviews with senior leaders to ensure high-quality reviews and thorough follow-through of any action items resulting from them.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with a significant impact across multiple organizations.

  • Define the program (mission, vision, tenets), set objectives, analyze data, and drive improvements that are quantified with metrics.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience

  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

  • 2+ years of supply chain experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $77,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
