Our trusted partner, specializes in their consulting services with analysis and inspections throughout regulatory processes, for their clients. Their team is in search of a Assistant Lab Manager to support their innovative processes across lab operations in Bellingham, WA!

Direct Hire Opportunity!

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)

Salary: $75-100k

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assign lab tasks to technicians and supervisors, overseeing all analytical tests and processes.

• Collect, verify, and compile data and ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all samples.

• Analyze quality control sample results to maintain the efficiency of processes and equipment.

• Train laboratory analysts and serve as the main communication point across lab technicians and the operations and lab management.

• Assist in preparing reports for CAPAs for QA and QC, maintaining records for review.

• Follow up on non-conformities while following through on corrective measures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Associates Degree studying Life Sciences preferred.

• Holds 3-5 years working in the Petroleum industry.

• Experience in a managerial role.

• Familiar experience of processes within lab operations.

• Ability to deliver quality communication across management, employees and consultants.
