Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join the team as a Maintenance Technician on the 3rd shift at America's 5th largest corrugated packaging company and the world's largest privately-held 100% recycled paper and packaging company. This role requires expertise in either industrial mechanical or electrical maintenance. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plant equipment in a highly automated and clean facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical repairs and troubleshooting on plant equipment such as box machines, die cutters, fork trucks, conveyors, and more.

• Work with up to 480v 3-phase electrical systems.

• Troubleshoot PLCs, drives, and sensors.

• Read and interpret electrical logic diagrams.

• Pull and run electrical wires.

• Conduct mechanical repairs and troubleshooting on plant equipment.

• Perform welding and fabrication duties using MIG, TIG, and stick welding on mild steel and aluminum.

• Read and interpret mechanical prints and schematics.

• Perform manual and automated maintenance tasks.

Essential Skills

• 5 years of industrial maintenance experience with a focus on electrical troubleshooting.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints.

• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.

• Ability to perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.

• Skilled in welding and fabrication duties.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting.

• Ability to work on drives and sensors.

• Capability to work with 480v 3-phase electrical systems.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Beloit, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $60000.00
