Northern Paving Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. This role requires proficiency in various project management software and tools, as well as the ability to read blueprints and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications for accurate execution of construction activities. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety regulations. Schedule Trucking, Grading and Paving employees and keep employees on task. Prepare detailed construction estimates and budgets while managing costs effectively. Implement effective time management strategies to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
