Overview
We are looking for a Manager, Product Owner to work within the CJ India Product & Engineering department, focusing on developing best-in-class products and solutions aimed at growing and transforming the CJ Platform. This role requires ownership of a complex product or group of products that deliver high impact business value by effectively engaging with team members and global stakeholders. Job requires excellent communication skills , team management and Product management experience.
Responsibilities
Delivery : Defining and Delivering the value proposition of a group of products that serve a common CJ platform. Define Product metrics , adoption planning and product growth.
Stakeholder management: Collaborate with other product leaders , Engineering leaders, business leaders and other senior stakeholders to align the product portfolio with the company's vision, goals, and priorities.
Mentorship : Manages and mentors a team of Product Managers (PMs) who work on specific products within the portfolio.
Roadmap : Develops individual product roadmaps with dedicated Product Managers, setting long-term objectives, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring that product roadmaps align with business goals.
Agility : Must balance immediate needs with future opportunities, adjusting plans as necessary based on new insights, technology needs or changes in the market.
Oversight : Reviewing product designs, specifications, and development progress. Provide critical feedback, approve key milestones, and ensure that the products meet quality and strategic standards before moving forward. Oversee the entire product lifecycle of a group of products from conception to launch.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Business or Marketing disciplines or equivalent degree is required.
Experience in working with Matrix organizations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
10+ years of business analysis / product owner experience in B2B / b2C Saas products
Ability to manage multiple releases concurrently. Experience in data-driven decision making.
Work hands-on with engineers, engineering managers, and designers as part of a cross-functional team, guiding product development and producing clear product requirements.
Good experience in working with geographically and culturally diverse teams.
Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems quickly and articulate
