As part of the GPO team, this position focuses on ensuring smooth material flow to new and expanding locations by actively monitoring and addressing supply chain risks. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and suppliers to coordinate timely ordering and delivery of necessary items and equipment to various sites.

Acting as a program manager, this role will work alongside the RME team across INOPS to develop, evaluate, and enhance processes specifically for the R&M category. The primary objective is to drive continuous improvement in material management and supply chain efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing material flow to new and expanding sites

Identifying and mitigating potential supply risks

Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors

Ensuring just-in-time delivery of equipment and materials

Developing and refining processes for the R&M category

Implementing continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain management

This position requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for process optimization.

Key job responsibilities

Be accountable for ensuring risks and escalations are mitigated to meet R&M requirements for IN network.

Serve as the interface between Vendor's, Category team, RME team, and the business to track, monitor and control procurement deliverables for all operational sites.

Optimize the Supply Chain via deep dive and strategically identifying processes and tools to reduce manual effort, optimize costs and improve data visibility.

Plan and execute continuous improvement initiatives and alignment in the region, through implementation of best practices, standardization of execution and governance that deliver long-term value to internal customers.

Collaborate with suppliers and establish monitoring processes, where applicable, to ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance.

Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
