Skills and experience that will lead to success

•5+ years’ experience with test case creation and execution. • Leading testing strategy in an Agile Environment is a must.• Extensive manual testing skills.• Automated Testing experience.

•Performance Testing experience.

• Creation and execution of Test Strategy.• Creating and executing test plans.• Tracking defects.• Full Test Cycle metrics for consumption in data driven decisions.• Has understanding of Testing life-cycle, testing processes, testing terminology.• Familiar with different Testing Methodology/processes.• Strong learning agility.• Strong Analytical and problem solving skills.• Ability to coordinate work in a virtual environment.• Coaching Skills.• Use of Microsoft AzureDevOps
