Job Description

As a Consulting Member of Technical Staff in Clinical Product Development organisation, you will apply your extensive experience and knowledge of software architecture for designing and developing software applications and defining standard practices and procedures. You will be responsible for modernising a set of clinical products on new Health AI technology stack through reimagining customer experience and partnering across Oracle Health & Enterprise. Responsibilities

As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. Define specifications for significant new projects and specify, design and develop software according to those specifications. You will perform professional software development tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems. As a Consulting Member of Technical Staff in Clinical Product Development organisation, you are expected to have the following qualification:

Job Requirements:

  • BS degree in Computer Science or related field (MS preferred)

  • 12+ years of hands-on experience in software development

  • Deep understanding of object-oriented design and development, specifically within a cloud environment

  • Experience of working closely with architects, principal engineers, product and program managers to deliver product features on time and with high quality.

  • Good understanding of relational databases, NoSQL systems, storage and distributed persistence technologies.

  • Expert in ES6, JavaScript, ReactJS, HTML5 and CSS3.

  • Hands-on experience with backend services using REST APIs

  • Strong experience with responsive design and development, ensuring seamless experiences across various devices and screen sizes.

  • Familiarity with test frameworks like Selenium, Jest, Mocha, Chai, Puppeteer.

  • Demonstrable technical leadership and mentorship skills

  • Hands-on experience developing services on a public cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Good knowledge of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems fundamentals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience driving UX reviews, documentation, and working with Product Managers from inception through launch

  • Experience in the healthcare industry and / or electronic medical records systems.
