We are hiring Sr. Program Manager for GSF Last Mile Program, who will collaborate with other PMs, Operations, Supply Chain and Business teams to devise channel strategy and development. The incumbent will work towards building scalable mechanisms to drive business growth and process excellence. The role expects the incumbent to manage stakeholders at higher levels and represent operations in leadership meetings.

1. The incumbent will be responsible for developing topology for the GSF network to support business growth as part of Op1 / Op2.

2. Responsible for creating capacities to improve Speed of the network keeping the cost under control

3. The incumbent will create mechanisms to drive delivery quality for the GSF metrics to improve customer experience

4. They will simplify the current processes and drive innovative programs to reduce cost.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

• 5+ years of program or project management experience

• 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience

• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
