Job Description

Will be spending most of their time on site, in a Day shift position. May commute to Sacramento but will have a company car.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Operational oversight of the local and Sacramento offices.

• Provide a positive work environment that empowers employees and fosters teamwork.

• Conduct staff meetings.

• Address employee concerns and needs.

• Set department goals that can be achieved.

• Manage Supervisors and give directions to employees on certain job tasks.

• Resolve problems concerning employees; work performance, establish rules and procedures and create work schedules.

• Responsible for performance reviews and disciplinary action of all personnel under your direction.

• Work with leadership to determine future costs and purchases for the local & Sacramento offices.

• Responsible for developing a continued new customer base and growth for the company through networking venues, continually meeting customer needs, attending meetings, taking clients to social functions, and promoting the company through channels that achieve new growth.

• Handle customer issues timely.

• Deal with risk management, shipping of product, inventory needs, etc.

• Handle difficult situations and make effective decisions that will allow the company to run smoothly.

• Responsible for working with and supporting dispatchers for the local & Sacramento offices.

• Understanding of Mechanics Shop day to day operations as it impacts the operations of the company.

• Work with all departments for cohesiveness regarding company operations.

• Other duties as assigned.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Benicia, California.
