The TO Manager, Project and Change Management will oversee the development and execution of integrated project plans and change management strategies for key initiatives within the Transformation Office. This role collaborates with various stakeholders across the organization, leading projects and delivering solutions that embed change and ensure project success.

This position is Remote/Virtual which means the work can completed be from anywhere in the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and Execute Change Strategies: Lead the development and implementation of change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and impact analysis, to support project objectives.

  • Develop Comprehensive Project Plans: Create and implement project plans with integrated change strategies, covering scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets, to ensure successful delivery within schedule and budget.

  • Facilitate Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct meetings, including kick-off sessions, status updates, and reviews. Keep stakeholders informed and engaged, ensuring clear communication of progress and changes. Engage senior leaders to secure sponsorship and alignment around change initiatives.

  • Foster Collaboration: Create a supportive team environment that encourages collaboration and open communication. Provide feedback and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Monitor Performance and Mitigate Risks: Continuously track progress, identify dependencies, and address risks promptly. Develop mitigation plans to keep initiatives on track and ensure smooth execution.

  • Evaluate and Improve : Assess project outcomes and document lessons learned. Use insights to refine strategies for future initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and organizational learning.

SUPERVISION :

  • No direct supervision responsibilities.

RELATIONSHIPS

  • Internal: Interacts with Transformation Office leaders, Operations & Commercial Excellence teams, Operations & Commercial functional leads, Support Office Leads (e.g. Finance, HR, IT) and field staff.

  • External: Vendors

WORK ENVIRONMENT (Select one)

  • Remote : This role is fully remote, and the associate is expected to perform assigned responsibilities from a home-based environment with occasional travel to the Rosemont Office.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in orchestrating project change and managing projects.

  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with business leaders.

  • Understanding of business strategy, operating models, and organizational structures.

  • Knowledge of contemporary organizational change methodologies and engagement strategies.

  • Ability to navigate complex and diverse situations, comfortable with ambiguity.

  • Creative problem-solving skills for addressing organizational resistance to change.

  • Strong coordination and planning skills for managing scheduling, resources, scope, budget, risks/issues, and communication.

  • Experience in building and nurturing cross-functional relationships to align actions, share resources, and accomplish goals.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and anticipate risks.

  • Proficient with project management tools, and/or other project management software and Microsoft Office applications

  • Up to 25% Travel

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree or related work experience.

CERTIFICATIONS/TRAINING

  • Certification in change management preferred (e.g PROSCI)

  • Certification in project management preferred (e.g., PMP, CAPM, CPM, CSM, or PMI-ACP).

LICENSES

  • N/A

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in internal or external consulting with associated skills (project management, influencing skills, relationship management).

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $85,000 - $140,000.

This role will also receive annual incentive plan bonus.
