About Walmart US E2E Tenant Services & RE Portfolio Finance
The Tenant Services team under Walmart US Real Estate supports thousands of tenants across our stores that provide valuable services to the millions of customers that visit a Walmart each day. In this role you’ll partner with finance and business leadership on financial planning and strategy development for Tenant Services like food offerings, coffee shops, vet clinics, and hair and nail salons. Reporting to the Sr Director of E2E Real Estate Portfolio Finance & Strategy, you'll utilize your financial planning and analysis skills to refine sales and income targets and map the rollout of new businesses for the Annual Operating Plan and Long Range Plan. On the strategic side, you’ll develop business cases for multiple projects and related new business ventures and work with real estate & finance leadership to refine the strategy and future financial plans. As part of the Portfolio team, you will also have opportunities to support Walmart’s new store strategy by developing business cases for proposed new store sites. You will rely on your strategic finance skills , data visualization , storytelling , and insights to solve complex financial problems. How you'll make an impact:
Develop Comprehensive Budgets and Forecasts for in-store Tenant Services by supporting priorities and providing a forward-looking lens for the business
Analyze Financial Performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth
Provide Guidance to E2E Finance leadership in financial decisions
Develop Strategic Financial Models and Cases to facilitate decision-making and improve operational efficiency
Present Financial Reports to senior management and business partners
Create Pro Forma Strategic Finance Models to propose viable opportunities for growth and partnerships for new revenue streams in the Walmart Real Estate Portfolio
Partner with Finance Leaders and Data Analytics Teams to evaluate new projects, develop proposals and create new business plans
Assist the E2E Sr Director and VP with a structured approach to solving problems and relevant insights on geographic opportunities for growth and profitable solutions
Collaborate With Other Departments and External Partners to ensure accurate financial analysis
Develop Talent and Leadership to attract new people and build our workforce, while promoting a positive environment for team members to grow
What you'll bring:
You have 6+ years of financial planning or finance strategy support for major business operations within a large corporate environment or management consulting firm.
You have finance experience with Retail Operations, Supply Chain Planning, Labor Planning, Inventory, Online Ordering, or Real Estate and Facilities, Revenue Growth Forecasting, including Annual Operating Plan, Long Range Plans with a retail chain or large firm preferably with physical or public locations.
You have considerable experience with finance tools such as Advanced Excel (can perform complex functions), OneStream, IRR and building Story Decks.
You partner with senior management as a valued voice in financial planning.
You can manage process improvement and the standardization of financial models.
You excel at presenting clear financial cases to partners and senior-level management.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
1 year’s supervisory experience.
