Description

We are on the lookout for a Project Manager to join our team in the technology industry, situated in Greater Cleveland OH. As a Project Manager, you will be integral to the implementation of customer technology installations, from the initial idea to the final rollout. Your role will involve harmonizing communication between various stakeholders including leadership, office staff, field technicians, carriers, suppliers, and clients. You will be expected to maintain precise documentation of all project activities and ensure all customer needs are met pre-installation. This role offers an exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the installation of a variety of customer technology such as Coax/Fiber Internet, Hosted / PBX Phone Systems, and Video Conferencing Solutions among others.

• Regularly communicate with key stakeholders including leadership, field technicians, and clients to ensure project implementation runs smoothly.

• Recognize and fulfill communication needs specific to each project.

• Document all activities related to a project, including project milestones, meeting notes, and customer contacts.

• Oversee tasks related to equipment ordering and staging.

• Collaborate with technical staff to secure accurate documentation of customer needs before proceeding with installation.

• Assist in resolving customer support tickets and responding to mainline queries.

• Maintain a customer-service oriented approach with a positive attitude throughout all interactions.

Requirements

• 2 + years Project Management experience preferred

• Knowledge of the following product sets:

• Legacy Pots Services, T1s, PRI, SIP, MPLS, PBX Phone Systems, and Hosted Phone Systems is helpful

• Digital Signage, Video Walls, Wi-Fi, Security Cameras / Systems, Audio Systems, Structured Cabling, Access Control, Video Conferencing Solutions

• Working knowledge of LAN / WAN networks

• Bachelor degree in business field or two or more years industry experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to identify potential problems and propose solutions

• Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook

• High energy level and consistently upbeat personality
