Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC lathes according to blueprint specifications.
• Select and align holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machines
• Conduct quality assurance checks
• Make machine adjustments and modify programs.
• Machine, deburr, and inspect parts to drawing specs
• Follow all safety guidelines.
• Maintain quality and meet production schedules

Qualifications:

• Must have CNC Boring Mill and/or CNC Lathe experience
• Programming knowledge and blueprint reading
• Familiarity with measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
• A high school diploma or GED certificate
