GRF CPAs & Advisors Executive Assistant in Bethesda, Maryland

Location: Bethesda, MD (in-office, hybrid, or remote available).

Salary range: $65k – $85k

GRF is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support our Managing Partner by assisting with their day-to-day tasks. This person will also play a key role in the success of the Firm by supporting the Operations Department Leaders.

Summary of Responsibilities:

As the Executive Assistant, you will act as the “right hand” to the Managing Partner and will proactively support their schedule and responsibilities.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative support to Managing Partner; support other departments as needed.

  • Coordinate Managing Partner’s meetings via Teams and organize necessary meetings and company events.

  • Arrange Firm’s all staff meetings, partner meetings, and goal setting meetings.

  • Treat sensitive information with care and protect private data while keeping it accessible to Managing Partner when needed.

  • Bridge communication between Managing Partner and executives, internal teams, and external contacts.

  • Ensure the Managing Partner stays organized by managing their email inbox and calendar.

  • Assist with preparing key documents (i.e. reports and presentations) to keep Managing Partner, executives, and internal teams informed.

  • Coordinate Managing Partner’s travel plans and create expense reports.

  • Stay informed on industry changes by keeping track of new trends to provide valuable insight.

  • Assist operation department leaders as necessary.

Requirements

Qualifications (Education, Experience and Certifications):

  • 4-year degree in business or equivalent is preferred.

  • 2 years minimum experience an executive assistant or similar role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).

  • Prior experience working at a professional services firm is a positive.
