Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources Administrator in BETHESDA, Maryland, United States. As a Human Resources Administrator, you will be instrumental in supporting digital document systems, auditing job functions, and processing invoices. This role will play a crucial part in maintaining the efficiency of our operations in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the iCIMS system effectively for various HR tasks

• Review and ensure the accuracy of AP invoices using digital document systems

• Add and update job numbers in the system as required

• Forward accurate invoices to management for further processing

• Conduct auditing of specific job functions to maintain compliance

• Review items in the system for accuracy and relevance

• Serve as the primary approver for items before routing them to accounting or HR for final processing

• Ensure adherence to compliance and benefit functions in all processes. Requirements • Proficiency in auditing procedures and understanding of various audit methodologies.

• Ability to manage and oversee benefit functions, including employee benefits and compensation packages.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of compliance laws and regulations related to Human Resources.

• Experience with iCIMS software for HR management is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with different types of invoices and invoice processing techniques.

• Ability to handle manual invoices effectively and efficiently.
